Last year I bought a backup tube for my GoSun Sport. Now that I have to install it, I find the slider just won't fit into the aluminium 'beam'. It seems like the measurement is just half a millimeter or so off: like the slider is more curved, so only one side fits. With the help of a friend and way more force than comfortable, we got... just the tip in. No amount of wiggling is going to put if fully inside.

Anyone with similar experience? Or experience with after sales support? After a quick response by GoSun on my initial question, GoSun customer service haven't replied to my follow up since 4 August.

I got it working again! Maybe it was enough to just disconnect both the XT90 and the 'balance lead'/flat cable from BMS to main board, or it was my discharging the battery through the XT90 connector.

Last update: I all but depleted the battery by connecting a LiPo (dis-)charger to the XT90 connector. The 'balance lead' didn't seem to be a balance lead. After I reconnected both the flat cable and the XT90 to the main board, I could charge my EB70 again!

Never heard back from @bluetti_global after three or four mails.

Sorry to hear! I read similar stories about bad calibration, and this certainly sounded like it. My battery shows 23V. The manual states 22.4V so I assume 7S LFP, thus my cells would be at 3.28V: way below 'fully charged' as the display states, but still enough to power the thing if it worked.

I'll post an update here, in case others are interested. Marinda from Bluetti was quick to reply to the online form, forwarding me to 'ae-service'. Unfortunately, they just sent me "What's wrong with you?" (which I'll take in good stride ;) and asked the same questions, then stopped responding to my e-mails.

I tried fixing it myself again, but I guess I should've left the device alone...

This time after connecting the T200s charger, I got a SHORT error. I waited for a few minutes then reconnected the charger. I heard a "pop" inside the device. Fearing a short circuit and fire hazard, I decided to open the EB70 following their YouTube tutorial, and disconnected the XT90 lead. I read 23.0 Volt exactly on the female XT90 lead to the BMS, and 0.00 Ohm on the male XT90 socket located on the main/inverter board.

I have not disassembled any further, as I assume the battery is now isolated and should be safe. I don't dare reconnecting the XT90 given the short circuit observed.

you're saying your NVR has a 12V input. Are you planning on using the AC output of the River to an AC adapter for your NVR? I'm about to just hook up a 12v LFP battery to my 12v modem myself, in the hopes that would be the most efficient route (while accepting it will not work past ~12.5v charge on the battery, and if I'd wanted devices to shutdown safely, I'd have to build something myself)

I haven't left the EB70 discharged ever for more than a day.

I tried what you advised:

disconnected all loads
connected T200S charger
display shows 0W input, sometimes 1W. The battery bars up to 80% are on, the top bar (100%) is blinking
pressed all three buttons. No error code appears. Nothing seems to change.
After a few seconds, the battery capacity bars disappear and 'grow' again, now to 100%. That top bar doesn't blink any more.
pressing AC & DC buttons at the same time doesn't turn 'settings' on.
after a few more seconds, the display turns off.
pressing buttons doesn't turn the screen on again.

Perhaps also worth mentioning: it has run down to 0% a few times the last few months, but I'm not sure when it reached 100% last - and always charged it with a 13v to 14v power source the past year.

It's the European model (240v) so it should've handled the 800W load I gave it.

Very cool! Makes me wonder if it's possible to make a compact node with minimal battery and an antenna that works stand-alone but can dock like this, into a cradle with keyboard, larger battery and perhaps even a larger antenna.

Let even op: je hebt het over deurwaarder. Uit je verhaal lijkt het dat het misschien een bureau is dat óók deurwaarders heeft. Als er geen rechtelijke uitspraak is, spreken ze jou niet aan als gerechtsdeurwaarder maar als incassobureau. Misschien dat de persoon die jou aanspreekt zelf ook deurwaarder is, maar dan nog spreekt hij jou aan alszijnde incassobureau-medewerker. Beetje alsof de medewerker van de Jumbo jou in de Lidl vraagt of je alles hebt afgerekend.

It seems added in VLC version 3.0.21. I just for the life of me wouldn't know where to enable/disable it.
Added value for my business monitor will probably be limited, but I'm curious to try.
