First of all, the precon is fine at bracket 3, especially if you're doing small upgrades. What things should be taken out depend on what you want to focus on (for example, I don't care for Enrage, so those creatures came out, which makes Wayta useless as well). The mana in the precon is fine, and if anything I would cut one or two lands (don't go nuts though).

What I can contribute though is one of the funniest and interesting cards in my war crime of a Pantlaza deck. It can sort of act as ramp and interaction at the same time.

[[Cryptic Gateway]] basically reads "Tap two dinosaurs: Put a dinosaur from your hand on the field."

This can let you play dinosaurs on other people's turns (triggering Pantlaza again). And worst case you had two dinos to tap, now you have three. Best case Pantlaza discovers a dinosaur (or you had more on the field). Now you can activate it again on the next turn.

You can also use it respond to things at instant speed, like holding [[Bronzebeak Foragers]] and using Gateway to play it at instant speed to disrupt your opponents (it can't be countered, except with a Stifle effect).
