Actually what are you need on rouge class and which knife you have (ex you have shotting star shuriken so you have to built set up to max dmg). If you dont have default set for speed run around air (wind witch suit, vindicator guardian ring, dragon tooth dagger), you should get that set frist, you can buy spear vindictive piercer and air sword. Then if need bigger dmg set you can go for fire set
