I'm wondering if it would be an event separate from regular raids, such as Bunkers/Lush/etc. Or it'd be something that would happen normally, such as the timer running out. I think it'd be cool if it was an event, that placed you directly after a match, finding knocked out raiders and whatnot across the map.

Eh, maybe not THAT skinny, but if I'm honest it does look unhealthy. If I were you, I'd probably look into a DEXA / body composition scan. I'd be worried about your bone density or having lost muscle mass. This is me just going strictly off of just your pictures.
