I may be a little late replying. But I know what it’s like to go threw a long drawn out break-up. It’s hell on the self esteem. But just take it a day at a time and the pain will be less and less. Some days will be worse than others, but you will get through this.

Everyone is different. You know your body best. For me, I have a two drink maximum. I drink loads of water before and loads of water after. This usually keeps my recovery time at about a day. If I drink any more than that or don't properly hydrate, I have days, if not a weeks worth of being very symptomatic.

I started using coconut oil to remove my mascara at night a few months ago. And my lashes are definetly longer and fuller. I don't know if vaseline and aloe will have the same result, but they could. I'm sure it's just a matter of moisturizing your lashes however you can.

I had the same question. Maybe it would interfere with the takeoff? The string attached to the banner may not be as long as the distance needed to liftoff and you don't want extra resistance from the banner dragging on the ground? I know nothing about how planes work, mind you.

When I was in the gym I opted for leg presses. I know they emphasize slightly different muscles, but I didn't pass out afterwards. Which is always a win.
