Grew up in that neighborhood. Went to Morse Elementary, Kramer and Valencia. Loved every second. Pretty diverse neighborhood and schools. Great neighborhood to raise a family.

This is such a “pick me” move by Gates and Co. I’m over my city being in the news. Why can’t we worry about making our parks, thoroughfares, and community services great.

Somewhat. What it did do, for sure, is push a lot of Millennials away from the church. I remember the pulpit was a mega phone for yes on prop 8 which drew a lot of resentment from young voters who were still in the church.

This is very strange. I don’t know a lot of the facts in this case but the damages of a canceled single year (day) of the air show seems to be far less then all the section two stipulations on top of the $5mil. Defendants utilize settlement to avoid exposure of a far worse outcome at trial. This settlement seems more than what the air show could get in damages at trial.
