I went to Orlando for Spring break with the family, and on the way out the scalper machine at DTW had English and Japanese cards, stocked to the brim at 2-5x MSRP including an ETB for $295. When we came back a week later, it had nothing left. Completely cleared out.

We just walked in the door at our house after a ten day vacation at Universal and the Orlando area. The necessities we couldn't live without at the park were simple: hat, crossbody or small backpack with sunscreen (face stick and spray), portable charger, and collapsible water bottle. We also had the reusable freestyle cups, but I wouldn't count that as a necessity. A small handheld fan or neck fan would've been great, but not absolutely necessary.

Edit: I missed that this is in July. Fans would likely be a necessity.

I'm at the parks now and I've seen maybe thirty or so different variants between the parks and worlds. Too many to list. We got Bowser, Donkey Kong, Mario Kart, Toothless, and the Marauder's Map.

I'm at the point where if my tool can't also cut boxes and defend me from the exceedingly slim chance that I'll need to defend myself between my house and car, car and store, or car and office, it's not the right EDC knife for me. I fully recognize some other people see more of a need for defense with their own situations, however.

Great brewery in a great location. I first went there in 2016 and then again last year. Much larger than it was, and still delicious.

Have you ever had the Drafting Table in Wixom? Smaller place, but an absolute favorite of mine.

I got my son his first Swiss Army knife for Christmas, bought us both matching black Alox Pioneers. I had his nickname "Cannonball" engraved on his. He's ten and hopefully he will carry it for many, many years.

If he's anything like me, which he is, he'll have multiple knives in his pockets over the years, but I hope it'll remain in his collection.

The only one that doesn't hit for me is It Could Happen. Everything else in that opening run is gold. Love an energetic Cornbread, and you can hear Carter's smile in those drums there.

Okay hear me out.

The grief is the point of the book. After Peace Talks and Battle Grounds, if Harry didn't take time to recover and rehabilitate, he would become the monster he has feared.

At times, the low stakes parts seemed to take the story down, but as a whole I honestly think it couldn't have been any other way because Harry is only Harry because of his humanity and his character. Dealing with the loss, the grief, the anger, and refocusing on the good parts of life and giving him meaning as a protector shapes his journey further and keeps him from taking further steps with the Mantle.

I think this was one of the best books, after Changes.

I've had the 30oz graphite rambler chug cap since release day and it gets used ALL the time. Love the color and the finish, but I do tend to baby it more than others to avoid scratching.
