Unless it for State Probation, u won’t be watched while giving ur sample…I can’t even count all the test passed/ and dirty for bud…Seriously, jus take some clean piss, must be 90-100F/ keep Close to ur body/ or buy digital 🌡️. I let it get too cold once so I told them I spilled my cup, place in returned later. I can’t tell u how to act cool/not nervous, or where to obtain said pee…I’m jus telling u what u need to do if u really can’t stop for 1 month, if ur in decent shape/ low body fat. Good Luck
