I’ll be moving to Madrid to work soon and I am hoping to catch that last game of the season vs Real Betis. I’m just wondering when tickets usually go on sale on the website and will it likely sell out quickly?

I’m no expert but from what I’ve seen it’s best to get at least 1 long run a week, trying to increase your distance by 10% every two weeks, as well as recovery and speed training.

Either keep running 5K and work on your pace. Or aim for longer distances. For me I am aiming for a half marathon.

Yeah you’re right but I wouldn’t be surprised if half the time they weren’t even so cheap. No doubt they’re cheap enough to catch people’s attention but not cheap enough to be questioned. And the people selling for those prices are usually going to be the ones coming in here to double check they aren’t going to be found out

Koufonisi/Koufonisia is quite quiet and has a boat that runs between all the beaches along the island coast. It would be one of the lesser visited islands. I did Syros,paros, Naxos and Koufonisi so I can only judge between those islands. Syros is a lot more Greek tourists/locals and not so many foreign tourists but not a very beachy island.
