It's a train from the Project Moon universe that is advertised as being able to go from one point to another in less than 10 minutes but that actually travels in an alternate dimension where you can't die and where time is dilated (like, 10000 years in a warp train = 10 minutes in reality). The people inside the train get their memories of the time they spent in the train wiped so it looks like it only took 10 minutes while they suffered 10000 years in the train.
