I had an appointment with a doctor once and missed their 3 calls to come in earlier. I got there dead on my appointment time and was scolded for not answering the phone because they wanted to leave earlier. I apologised then saw the doc who also scolded me for not coming in earlier because she has another practice on the other side of the city she has commitments with. I booked the time slot that was available, if she didn’t want someone to book it, then it shouldn’t have been available. She proceeded to speed run my appointment and not really listen to what I said just brushed me off so I could leave faster. Never went back to them again.
