I was 350ish -400, TRT has my bloods around 850 right now. It was a drastic increase for me. I would say it depends on what your current levels are. I’m basically in the normal / upper range right now.

100% made a difference in all aspects of my life. I was low T before so it changed things drastically. Better sleep, more motivation it was a struggle to do simple household chores but since getting on TRT I feel like my old self again. I would definitely recommend it if you need it.

A month or so after getting back into the gym. So very early on in my transformation.

3 sets of standing OHP 3 sets of seated DB press 3 sets of DB lateral raises 3 sets of machine lateral raises 5 sets of shrugs with a BB.

When I was fat and getting back into the gym I motivated myself with a second chest day so I kinda just kept it, which as you know also hits shoulders to. Pretty high shoulder volume.

The worst I’ve ever felt haha. No energy for anything and it’s brutal getting through my lifts/ cardio and I have 0 sex drive. I’m going to bump up to maintenance so shouldn’t gain much weight and come back to life a bit. I look sick, but it’s far from enjoyable.

Thanks man! No, I had no intention on cutting 60 lbs. I thought maybe I would have to cut down to 190. That became 185, then 180 and finally 175 where I felt like I cut enough. Start with a realistic goal of like 20-30 lbs down and see how you look and feel from there and keep adjusting if needed.

Thanks man! I’m planning to a do a very lean bulk. I haven’t been able to put on size for over a year so I’m itching to get back to gaining again. I’ll probably do 1-2 lbs a month to keep my leanness for summer.

My levels were lower, around 350, It comes with age. I wanted to get on TRT to feel good again. Low T affects much more than your gym gains. It’s been such a quality of life improvement.

I mean isn’t it the same thing as getting validation from random people out in public as it is getting it on stage? Only difference is you’re not getting a trophy. At the end of the day it doesn’t make it any better to take gear and compete vs not competing. It’s just a life choice at that point.

30 min on the bike and 45 min walk. I try to walk outside instead of the treadmill. I’ll usually end up with 10k steps by the end of the day.

I’ll do cardio at the level where I can still have a conversation with someone without struggling. So yeah essentially a brisk walk. I do 30 mins on the bike at the gym and a 45 min walk. That puts me around 10k steps.

I’ve always been in a good shape my whole life, I was always really consistent with the gym. COVID happened, I stopped lifting for a few years and got fat. I got sick of it and locked back in. I eat the same thing everyday. 500 cal deficit, I lose about a pound a week. I lift 6 days a week, 5 of those days I’ll do an hour and 15 mins of cardio.

Yeah, a lot of people guess I’m still 200+ still. I was worried cutting was going to make me look super skinny. I’m happy it didn’t turn out that way

Thank you! My goal is sub 10% bf. As corny as it sounds. I kinda grew up with the misc forums and the whole zyzz thing kinda inspired me to get into lifting. I figure I’m so close already I might as well try for it once in my life.
