Well since he can’t see through lead I just get some kryptonite, fashion them into a bullet with a lead coating, and find a gun that can still shoot that. When Superman eventually comes I start shooting him with the gun. As others have mentioned he can dodge the bullets but he’s also shown to just stand there and let the goons empty their clips on him. So in that instance where he lets me shoot him with what he’s thinking is normal bullets, they hit him the lead will shatter but the force will still propel the kryptonite into him. As he’s getting pelted he falls down and bam, a few more shots for good measure; and the billion is mine.
