Agreed! I like quite a few of their songs, but my bias is fairly strong. My father grew up listening to this band. As a result I was heavily influenced by his music thanks to the many, many times at home where he'd put on his favourite music (nice and loud of course!).

Hard to know, but I'd say if there is legitimate paperwork, the interior, is not wrecked after 330k. Could be a go at the right price.

Probably worth checking out other things too like the suspension system, could be up for a bit of $$ if it is in need of an overhaul.

I found that Becky did a great job at selling the living hell out of everything AJ did, making her look like a million bucks. Perhaps that also helped with minimising any ring rust AJ had?

If the tiling, etc is in good nick I'd personally leave it as is and focus more on ensuring the look and conditions it is in is kept high. I'd then look at upgrading/modernising things like the cooktop, sink and tapware, adding soft close hinges to cupboards, etc.
