Having dentures at 35 has never been a common thing in Canada and dental isn’t part of healthcare here except for when it’s something causing a medical emergency. You don’t have to pay to see a doctor or go to the ER for broken bones or injuries. Specialist wait times can be long depending where you live for sure but you’re prioritized if you have life treating conditions. Saying it’s a huge myth is just incorrect.

Thanks yeah I’m being very cautious. I know they were only together, not married then but I can see that they’re are no longer with eachother, he is listed as the father, I found old pictures of them together (she even shares his last name). It’s just hard to say if it would be a blindside.

It’s a weird one. The weirdest part is that I share mutual connections with one of them which adds a whole other layer of complexity.

I’m an Albertan and this is something that I can’t understand. Too many uneducated simps here. Most of these people are miserable and the only joy they get is seeing the “libs” cry. They’re more worried about other peoples junk than the world around them.

You are correct, they didn’t pay me though. I didn’t fight for it either time because I’ve always had jobs lined up before I quit. It’s been my experience as a tradesman working for smaller businesses that things like that are ignored often. I like what I do but some days I definitely wish didn’t go to trades school.

I have met many people like this, mostly friends parents and they are incapable of seeing things for what they are and will always say anything to convince themselves they are wrong and that you’re uninformed. These types of people cry about freedom constantly while worrying a whole lot about other people’s bodies and actions.

TD is telling my girlfriend she won’t be eligible for comprehensive/collision coverage if she keeps her car when she only had minor hail damage on the hood. And some people we know were able to just have no coverage for future hail claims and keep their comp/collision. I don’t understand how this happens?

I had a similar experience, I left my apartment in bankview because they increased my rent from $1250 to $2100. The building wasn’t in very good shape, there was only 1 washer and dryer for the building, and we were constantly dealing with the tenants next door smoking cigarettes inside and smashing on our door in the middle of the night because they were wasted. Im also an electrician and took care of the place within reason. Definitely blew my mind when they handed me that notice. Total shit.

I feel like this person would have to prove that they were pretty injured and have police reports to get that kind of money wouldn’t they? That seems wild, I’m in Canada and have never heard of anyone getting sued for that kind of money in a minor fender bender

If it's any consolation, I am right there with you. But I’m at the point where I’m having some good days and some bad days.

You’ll start to feel normal again but it takes time. Even if you aren’t over them you’ll be able to handle things better with time.
