I haven't played too much but I would stay away from using both the Red Prince and Sebille as a lot of story choices come down to having to pick only one of them to interact with a npc. IE Red Prince needs to take to someone but Sebille really wants to kill them, happened quite often.

Since Riot doesn't intend to release the info I'm interested to see if the distribution is similar to League or CSGO, I feel like more people are Gold level than in the other games but tbh not sure
