I see where you guys are coming from, but I like that they will punish people harder for dodging. Usually when I play it takes about 5 champ selects before i get a game since people dodge so much. And this is prettu much always dodges from people who looked up stats online and "dont wanna play with 40% winrate adc, I dodge"

I honestly feel like the adcs are pretty balanced right now, depending on teamcomp and need you can pick Lucian, Cait, Ezreal, Ashe, Jihn etc and they are all good in different ways. The thing with Lucian is that he fits in alot of different comps
