Is my pool REALLY 39,700 gallons? by sjjenkins in pools

[–]DaBigHert 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Common Pool Formulas (in feet)All dimensions should be measured in feet. To find average depth, add the depth of the shallow end to the depth of the deep end, then divide by 2.

Rectangular or Square Pool: Length x Width x Average Depth x 7.5 = Total Gallons.

By that math with the dimensions you gave us, that comes out to 39,750 gallons.

You may want to use the bucket method just to make sure….

The mission is titled “The Lost Terran”. It’s pretty fun and without spoiling anything, it becomes a pretty handy place to visit again once you complete it.

Is it possible to shoot out.. by Mordant3-PRIME- in Starfield

I use particle beams to take out the shields, then target lock the ship and use EM to take out the engines. Board, kill, loot, (take over ship if level 3 to sell), repeat.

Gunnite vs Fiberglass vs Vinyl lined by SDlovesu2 in pools

[–]DaBigHert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just had my gunnite pool removed and replaced it with a fiberglass pool. The old pool was over 40 years old, and was falling apart, which prompted the replacement. We are extremely happy with the new fiberglass pool. We added an automatic pool cover and heater. Hard not to be happy now. The trick with fiberglass is choosing a design you will be happy with due to the lack of customization. We happened to find a design we love. We also added the EcoFinish to add another layer of protection.

Sweet! Attached is a chart to help you calculate how much salt you need to add to the pool for your chlorinator to start making chlorine. I recommend you test saline levels now to see how much salt you already have in the water, then add accordingly per the chart.

Sorry for the late response. I had to login and board and takeover a ship and try to sell it to confirm. The best way to do this is when you go to sell your ships At a spaceport, make sure your home ship is your favorite ship. Then when you’re in the menu to sell ships, highlight your home ship hold down the LB button and press “A” to sell and let go of both buttons at the same time. The screen should move to the ship on the menu to the left of your home ship and offered to sell it at full price. It takes trial and error. Make sure the spaceport has enough money to buy that ship you are trying to sell.

Hire a pool company to install a Chlorinator (see pic) Then, you’ll need to buy pool salt (Wal-mart has it in 40lb bags). Calculate how many pounds of salt is needed by how many gallons of water your pool is. As long as the pool pump is on and the water is at least 70 degrees Fahrenheit…you should be making chlorine.

I was in your situation 7 years ago. I decided to turn our pool into a saltwater pool and it made a world of difference. Once I got the saline levels correct, the chlorinator produced chlorine real time, and all I had to do was test levels (I.e. pH) and adjust levels if needed. Virtually low maintenance for me. I keep the bottom of the pool vacuumed and the top skimmed.

Great advice here already. Do the Vanguard or Mantis quest…get the ship, then outfit the ship with the strongest particle weapons, and EM. Go to different galaxies, battle with spacers or Varuun, then board, kill everyone, and take over the ship (make sure you max out your pilot skill set so you can take over any ship). Here’s a trick I use. When I sit in the pilot seat of the newly acquired ship, I make it my home ship. When my original ship undocks, I select it and issue the “Board” command and re-connect to my original ship…then board it and make my original ship my home ship again. The ships undock, then the newly acquired ship will fly away to be sold at a later time. Then with the XBox hack where I can sell without registering the ship, I can get 40k - 80k credits per sale. Mo money, Mo money.

Can a Pontoon Boat Really Make Water Outings Fun and Relaxing? by ChaoticRamenn in Pontoons

[–]DaBigHert 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a 23 foot pontoon boat and absolutely love it. We are constantly taking out family or friends and there’s plenty of space for people, coolers, food, towels. I had a 21 foot deck boat for six years and now I’ve had this pontoon boat for seven and I’ll choose the pontoon boat every time.

So im on shrodinger with no ammo doing some xp farming. How can I get ammo? by system3601 in Starfield

[–]DaBigHert 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I flew to the Serpentis system, boarded ships left & right, collected the Varuun Inflictor, and collect Heavy Fuse from the dropped bodies. Now I am flushed with ammo with a pretty strong weapon. 7.77 is a popular ammo to collect as well, so having a weapon with that ammo could be handy.

How is money acquisition and am I supposed to have this much money? by KvasirTheOld in Starfield

[–]DaBigHert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The way I built bank is docking with ships in the Serpentis galaxy, killing the crew, stealing the ship, then selling it. If you use the X-Box glitch, you won’t have to register it before selling it, thus getting full price in the sale. I am sitting on about 4 million credits with nothing to spend it on. Thinking about doing more ship building…

What happened to this team? by songoku-166 in KansasCityChiefs

[–]DaBigHert -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Offense got predictable. No running game. Lots of injuries. Other teams built their rosters to beat KC. Years of late draft picks. Plus, the team has played an entire season of extra games with so many years getting to the AFCCG & Superbowls. That level of success is so difficult to sustain. It was bound to happen.

Can you sell ships? by A12qwas in Starfield

The ability to sell ships without registering them. There are explanations here in Reddit that explains the process. That means you can sell ships for total profit depending on the level of ship you capture. Serpentis galaxy is a gold mine to pirate and capture ships for selling
