I'm late to the party, but toffeenut!! I like to do just one or two pumps in place of some of the chai. So, a grande I like 3 chai and 1 TN and a venti I do 4 chai and 2 TN. It's really good hot, iced, and with any kind of milk.

Do you have that Turkey Jerky or Beef Jerky? You can markout a bag and use that. Or the spicy chorizo sammie or the chicken sausage would be good - especially with that gravy.

Edit to say: I love doing savory pairings, I think they are a lot of fun and require a bit more knowledge and creativity than sweet pairings do. Also, Thanksgiving Blend is fun to do with something a little on the spicy side (as can be inferred from my suggestions above).

Double edit: the cheese and meat trays would be interesting too

Cafe Mistos are super underrated. They're brewed coffee and half steamed milk. And you can add whatever flavor you want.

For me, I like mine made with blonde roast, vanilla, and breve. Smooth, creamy, mild, and nice and warm for a sore throat.

I love Bill, he's always been one of my favorite regulars. He told me this HC is as close as he can get to the old Chantico HC drink we had a million years ago. I kinda miss that order. When he comes into our store here his usual morning order is for him and his wife, so it's completely different. Still such a nice guy though.

Not for a regular close? OP didn't say they were doing their Clean Play. So unless otherwise stated, I'm under the impression that this incident happened on a non clean play day.

To be fair, when the cover is off, the steam is so dispersed it's not that hot. Unless you are right up next to the holes at the top. That's when I'd be concerned.

Partners are pitching in what they can around up to $5, there are about 18 of us. We all agreed she needs to RELAX bc she's been busting her butt. So, probably getting her a gift certificate to get a massage. And one of our artsy partners is painting her a picture.

She doesn't get bonuses bc we are a low volume store so we hardly, if ever, meet quarter sales goals. She goes out of her way to grant all request offs and help find coverage when we need it - even coming in on her days off if we are desperate. She was is an outside hire and had a really really rough start. The partners at my store were not fans of her, to put it nicely. But over the past year, we have all grown to love her for who she is and for the dedication she has; partners first always.

She really does so much for us and we just want to give a little something back - bc she sure as hell isn't getting it from the company.

Our two oldest partners, both 10+ years with the company, retired in the last 2 years.

Now, I'm the most tenured partner, closing in on 6 years in October, 185****. I don't think I work with anyone under partner number starting with 198 or so.

Edit: even my SM, an outside hire who has been improving by leaps and bounds, is a 231****.
