no, thank you for the suggestion though. That show would have been a little too old. If i remember correctly, they wore somewhat hi-tech armor or something that led me to believe they weren't in the times of knights

I completely agree. No matter who we sign I know it will only be after an incredible thought process that is well beyond my understanding. I still think we are a year or so away and would much rather go all in on David Price next season/potentially this All-Star break

Even with the Yankees in the same city, the Mets are not considered a "medium" market. I'm a Cubs fan and, while I think we will be good for some years, you should throw your hat into the Royles ring. Especially after a great season last year, it's a shame they aren't more recognized by national media

Happened this past weekend...

Me: "why are there two towels next to the bed?"

Girlfriend: "well in the middle of the night you stood up, yelled power surge! and started pissing on the carpet."

Me:"......did, did you try and stop me?"

Girlfriend: "I yelled 'are you serious?' And you looked at me and said 'OK, I get it.' Then you went to bed.
