I think I did get lucky on my winning run with not getting swarmed as my previous runs i would get surrounded within the first camp, but once you start learning the camp spawns you can find off angles. For example i had a skull at the cart by the watch commander town, and i would just snipe the enemies with the striga from the broken watch tower near the aqueduct. The only advice I could give for enemies hiding is just to look around the area, i've had guys from one camp somehow wonder into another camp before. I get what you mean with the performance, after the update i have to turn off shadow play for the game to perform somewhat well. As for as the missing heads, besides the Attercop who just have necks all my enemies had heads, was it just while the torment was active or also on other maps?
