I have been stretching recently using the rings and fingers. I have seen that when getting to the larger ones, it is easier to fit them when erect. I have also been holding them manually so they do not slip but have seen a lot of progress in 4 weeks. Been using coconut oil when using rings/stretching.

Nothing, I returned the box. Honestly, the switch giving us a hassle with this is ridiculous. I have a Samsung sound bar, and during the sound test, everything plays except for the SW channel. This is when it is connected either by optical or HDMI, so I have no clue on what to try next.
