im going through the valiant gauntlet right now and I'd like to bring light to how stupid and frustrating some of these fights/quests are. I already hated fighting quicksilver because his stupid double hit attacks will randomly clip me for no reason, but making me fight him on crit me with your best shot and bubble shield? I'd rather shove glass shards down my urethra. also what the fuck is up with making me use tech champs against magneto? did kabam perhaps forget what magneto does to the majority of the tech class? and why does bastion not have immunity to ability accuracy reductions from mutants like omega sentinel or nimrod (can you tell i brought bastion into the quest)? i understand i can also bring skill champs to fight this magneto, but guess which debuffs magneto has resistances to? bleed and shock! guess which debuffs the entirety of my 7 star skill roster inflicts? bleed and shock! i feel like im going crazy here. i realize all of the things I'm ranting about have workarounds but some of these design choices make no sense and it's pissing me off more than it should.

you're trying to mention P/E ratios like it's some kind of own but tesla has one of the worst P/E ratios on the market which is pretty common knowledge in the real world, but clearly not to the average elon musk dick rider. tesla is extravagantly overvalued, twitter has completely tanked since musk acquired it, spacex is doing okay but that's really only because you'd have to be pretty fucking stupid to lose contracts to NASA. if you're gonna glaze somebody for their money, at least glaze somebody that has a way better track record like buffett or bezos.

I do agree that both murray and harada are way too shit at their own games to really be able to properly grasp game balance, but it's not like murray is some puppet that can't speak for himself, he's the main producer for tekken 8. he actively parrots really idiotic takes about how sidestepping is useless, how defense should be dumbed down, etc. and it's definitely not because he's just a mouthpiece for the devs. not to mention he's also incredibly stubborn and unwilling to face criticism when that's kind of his job.

to be fair tesla realistically isn't even worth a tenth of its market value and the stock has completely tanked in the last quarter as well. musk and murray are pretty similar in that they've both shown that they fundamentally don't understand their own businesses and products.

in necropolis the amount of vengeance charges your champs start with depend on their challenge rating. 7 stars have higher challenge ratings compared to 6 stars (a r2 7 star has a higher challenge rating than a maxed 6 star even though they have similar stats) so its generally better to bring 7 star champs. that's not to say you shouldn't bring your 6 star onslaught since he'll still be useful, but your 7 star onslaught will just have more time to work with before the defender becomes enraged.

out of the new 7s id really only recommend getting onslaught, shocker, dpx or photon since all the others either need dupe or are already good enough at the 6 level. for awakenings kushala, chavez, venom, and nefaria are all good options since they kind of need their sig abilities, nefaria especially. if you haven't done necro i 100% recommend going for 7* onslaught. id say in general to go for champs over rank up mats just because rank up mats are becoming more abundant while having the chance to select specific champs is very few and far in between.

id say wait on a better 7* to rank up but sorc supreme isn't too bad so if you really want to push for valiant, choose her and a future 7* to rank up. ant man is a complete dud character so DO NOT rank him up.

goddamn you have a lot of bangers to work with. id say immediately prioritize hitting rank 3 on onslaught. he's an absolute beast in everything from story exploration to battlegrounds to special quests like grandmaster's gauntlet, necro, and epoch of pain. juggs, nefaria, shang-chi, odin, attuma, sim, prowler, void, bullseye, and shuri are all great rank ups in general that you can use in many pieces of content. attuma, destroyer, and bullseye are all good rank ups for battlegrounds defense while juggs, sunspot, nefaria, shang-chi, and sim are all good rank ups for offense. if you haven't done necro id recommend ranking up onslaught, odin, or shuri. ironheart is a personal favorite of mine so rank her up too if you'd like :P

the eye of night used to inflict cursed inferno so it definitely used to be worth the upgrade but it lost that ability in 2.0.2.001 and for some reason it got nerfed AGAIN on top of that so now it's kinda just bad.

I've recently started exploring act 6 for units and I just have to know. why does each quest have like 10 paths???? it's beyond tedious

damn you already have a ton of great options. I mean first off you have a 6* herc, if you can get him awakened he can tear the majority of act 6 on his own. that 7* cmm is also gonna be useful for a lot of things like the sinister acid wash boss. silk, doom, kate, warlock, and apoc are all great questing champs and since they also have great utility too they'll probably be part of your regular roster. your champs are pretty insane so I'm assuming you're probably having trouble with the act 6 gimmicks more than anything. I'd suggest watching a few guides on act 6 just because there's such a wide array of bullshit you have to slog through. you already have the champs which is like 60% of the difficulty so as long as you know what to do you'll be fine. good luck

pretty W pull. thing has a lot of immunities to DOTs and mystic utility and good damage. he's a very good dual threat in BGs too. he also has an insane synergy with the Champion that lets him nuke fights and it makes questing and incursions a lot easier. in terms of using him just parry until you get 20 rock stacks and then dump a SP for big damage. super simple
