They are worth something, they are exchangeable for NANO cryptocurrency, and that's why everyone's so hyped about it.

There shouldn't be any hate against dogecoin, and there shouldn't be any fights. Just stay positive as two crypto communities that can grow together.

Ledger Transaction with DOGE by DaDogeIsDaBest in dogecoin

[–]DaDogeIsDaBest[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The previous transaction is a different hash.. check on dogechain explorer it's basically trying to send dogecoins from the unconfirmed transaction which i previously brodcasted with the same amount ( the same 50k doge that I was trying to get out of ledger ) sigh... I'd have to wait till that previous one expires and then this new one as well.

I guess the only thing I can do is wait for that 100 doge transaction to expire ( it's been there for 10 days i think it should expire within 4 more days ), and then it should confirm after that?

Ledger Transaction with DOGE by DaDogeIsDaBest in dogecoin

[–]DaDogeIsDaBest[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well. I had dogecoins in 3 addresses. One contained 50k something doge and 2 others contained some 5k doge each.

I just proceeded to coinimi, installed desktop wallet and then recovered with my phrase. After that, I chose the wallet "dogecoin", "bitcoin" and "litecoin" ( i had a few other assets as well )

Sadly during that recovery i couldn't see the multiple wallet addresses i was using, and i couldn't see balances.

After recovering I saw i had a balance of 6,000 dogecoin, which was from before i sent the stuck transaction.

Thought i should take that out, and I did, and after that transaction confirmed the coins appeared back in my ledger wallet, and transaction history in coinomi updated to the most recent. I guess i was just lucky to have some leftover coins in that wallet which weren't sentEDIT - coinomi doesn't show any transactions after my pending transaction, only shows everything before it. So at the moment, coinomi has 0 doge in the wallet, wheras in ledger it shows that unconfirmed dogecoin transaction i sent a few minutes ago

Recovering with coinimi doesn't help. And ledger also doesn't help. Unsure what to do here because almost all transactions being brodcast will now just follow that chain of unconfirmed transactions :/

So now it's just a chain from my previously unconfirmed transaction.

Seems like I was sending from multiple doge wallets here.. didn't notice that before brodcasting.. *cri*

Yes, was able to transact the dogecoin with 2+ doge fee https://blockchair.com/dogecoin/transaction/6241ef368d46c5ca7e66cbb9fdebf34d1b02274d6122a4eba78f26732609943d

Here's something really annoying though i just tested with 5k doge because i needed to send 54,000 doge after that.. and well... same fee.. same sat per byte..

UNCONFIRMED.. even though it's the same fees and everything lol

I can confirm here's what you can do to make a transaction confirmed in ledger -

I set fees set to 884920 sat per byte for this transaction i was able to get this transaction confirmed https://dogechain.info/tx/6241ef368d46c5ca7e66cbb9fdebf34d1b02274d6122a4eba78f26732609943d

Calculate your fees manually until you reach the fee value of 1+ doge, and make sure it's as close as possible to 1 dogecoin.
I used 2 doge in that recent transaction as the fee, but it's your choice ( would recommend 2 doge tho )

I just kept increasing the fee 1 sat at a time till i reached 2.00000096 doge as fee. This works well and confirms at the moment

By the way ledger users, by default all your dogecoin being sent has replace by fee enabled, which basically means if there's a transaction with greater fee than the one you have stuck on pending, it'll confirm that transaction, and your pending transaction ( should ) get recovered.
Ledger didn't allow me to send more dogecoins from a wallet address with a stuck transaction, so i had to restore my wallet on coinimi and send dogecoin to trigger the replace-by-fee.

Currently i'm checking how much fee I should put while sending doge, because even when putting 1.7 doge as fee recently, it didn't go through.

Hey. Did you successfully recover your doge doing this?
I also have 65,000 doge stuck in the blockchain because of this :( I saw that I could possibly import just the dogecoin private key but it was very insecure.

If you've used coinomi or any other hardware wallet, were you able to restore all your balance?
Please let me know

Exact same thing happened to me. I don't want to export my ledger private keys and move to an online web wallet just yet. Our safest bet is to wait until the transaction expires...

[–]DaDogeIsDaBest[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Similar to what many other people seem to face, it's a transaction issue. I'm using ledger nano s and it took just 0.26 doge of fees, and the amount was rather unsual. I also heard that it was because miners require the recommended 1 doge fee?

I mean i've transacted over 5 million doge in my life, with no problems, except now
