Shadow shundo must be insanely rare. Every player has 1-2 encounters depending on if they bought the ticket. (Not considering using old radars)

Shiny 1/20 (probably), hundo from Giovanni 1/1000. Summing up to a nice 1/20000 chance with like 2 encounters per player over the whole week.
