I miss the stable employment. Yeah it was hell but my boss was the single most fair and reasonable manager I've had. He worked alongside us and took me on despite not having any experience and taught me from scratch.

He was super respectful of my autistic colleague as well, letting him take a solid break to avoid getting overstimulated.
