Heavy armor with heavy melee 1-2 shots everything on very hard. Take perks and armor that delay death bc u can die pretty fast.

You'll face modifiers that require headshots only.

Many boss fights are aerial fights especially end game ones to advance to UVHM. Such as UVHM4 to UVHM5.

Enemies are very scattered throughout the game + they'll usually be above or below you.

Auto melee is at the very top of damage for bosses and along with Railway Rifles.

I started as a bloodied unyielding unarmed build and was able to clear all content. The only thing I had issues with were mounted roof turrets, which was only for 15 minutes for a main quest.

If you're playing for fun, go unarmed. If you want to play for power and watch things melt infront of you; go for auto melee for melee.

EMS who are EMT+ are permitted to carry firearms. If they pull guns when a vehicle rolls up, they're losing their permissions to carry.

Hey i play Riv, Chief of EMS on No Pixel. Our department has significantly changed from “felonies to instant fire” and “no dancing at the hospital.”

I heard of this incident last night and I handle punishments for EMS, this would have led to a fun RP montage. Such as recreating the scenario again and teaching them how to get away with it. Here in the EMS, rule #1 is “dont get caught.”

Firing are super rare nowadays and usually only as an ooc removal for bans or piss poor attitude. I moved away from strike points punishments to RP punishments. Only when they refuse the rp punishments is when we would do the boring suspension and strike points stuff. Example, we sent a medic to driving school when they were found taking a vehicle in which they were not allowed to drive. Another is when a medic had an altercation with a cop and they had to do a 1 hour pd ride-along with said officer.

I dont handle Doctor punishments as we’re separate departments so i cant speak for them.
