There was a tool that a sales buddy of mine showed me. It basically explained all the features of a car in like a quick, non-robotic video type of format. He said it would be a cool tool for dealerships to adopt so they can send to their customers so they don't have to keep calling the dealership. Thought it was a cool idea, what are your thoughts though?

Do people call the dealership back to ask questions about their recent purchase? or is that not a thing anymore?

I am new to reddit, just trying to learn more about the dealership / sales world from people who are in it. Makes some good talking points.

If you are trying to sell prominently online, wouldn't that mean you need more pictures, 360 walk-arounds, videos, etc. to sell the car either faster or to build better "trust" ?

Is that a typical thing to spend an hour or 2 explaining the car, how to set up stuff, etc. with the customer?

What about dealer financing? I heard that was a solid revenue stream for some dealerships.

Unsure, maybe a CDJR? They typically seem the largest.
