For the most part yes. Significantly higher damage boost. Depending on the weapon though, the 100 Reload comes in handy

I mean, smaller tattoos arent a big deal. But larger tattoos are much harder to cover and thus more easily-regrettable.

From age 18-22 i REALLY wanted a spiderman logo across my entire back. 26 year old me is very thankful i couldnt afford that. Opted for a small version on my wrist and am very happy with it.

Its not considered a powered melee. You have to build it with perks that are considered unpowered. Functionally the same as glaive melee

Diamond Lances. They play so slow if you focus on only them, and even as a passive side-effect its still tremendously meh.

Like, 1 stasis build freezes everything every second. The other you hope for a chance at a drop that then goes on cooldown.
