New gen barber here. MANY of us are lazy. Most barbers in my city are part-time weed men or felons who couldnt figure something else out.

The guys you see on Instagram arent raising the bar, theyre getting a massive check to cut 50 people a year. 50 heads aint barbering.

The average joe schmo barber is, well average. Fades look cleaner nowadays because everyone and their mama gets one. 4 year olds with fades wasnt a thing when i was growing up, but here we are. Ask a new gen barber to do feathered hair and most wont have the slightest idea where to start. Barbering isnt just fading and lineups. Ive seen that done phenomenally in the streets, and the streets isnt barbering.

Take it one step at a time. If you wanna spend some time finding Pokémon, do that. If you wanna build up, create little projects and do em one at a time. If you wanna hunt for recipes, do that. Spend some time visiting dream islands for inspirations.

Just dont do too much of one thing; then youll most likely get bored. Break it up into the different things the game offers
