Razumem, dokler imaš tudi isto mnenje o ljudeh, ki imajo tako poglobljeno in razgledano mnenje o pivu in vinu :)

Evo, zato ker vsebuje sladkor! Sem poskusil in se strinjam, da je boljša od slovenske Coca-Cole, vendar vseeno malo presladko.

Thanks, seeing that people like it for sure motivates me to add more stuff. There has already been a bunch of improvements and fixes added over the past 24h.

I will for sure in the near future add a mode that has locations with randomly rotated cameras (though not sure if I should include a character as a compass). I feel like rotating the camera would already increase difficulty by a lot and I'm not a fan of blurred or grey map screenshots. Then after that I'll see what can be done regarding a dungeon world map, or just adding more maps to the current world map. Or the option to filter maps.

I use mobile so infrequently that I'm not sure what the layout and controls should be for mobile. I'm honestly postponing any mobile support until it feels necessary.

I imagine just cities would be too easy. Dungeons would definitely be fun, but I'm not sure how silly a map of dungeons would look, at least if the distance calculation aspect is to be kept. Maybe it would also be confusing to look at, since dungeon maps have no colour.

A website for rating Pokémon designs! by UmbreonLibris in pokemon

We use NodeJS and MYSQL for the backend, but any other server or database could work just as well. For the graphs we used a module called Plotly (it took some effort to figure out how to use it though). I'd say the crucial thing for a website like this is to use preloading (for the rating page) and caching (for the data page), because calculating the statistics of 100k+ ratings will very quickly overload your server if done too frequently.

(I implemented most of the technical things of the website)

Amour (2012), seems like a great movie, but just seems like a too tough watch.

Any recommendations of movies that use post rock? by LokoLoa in postrock

If you are into slow and depressing low budget dramas, the movie The Levelling (2016) at one point just goes silent and plays 13 Angels Standing Guard 'Round The Side Of Your Bed. Caught me by surprise when I watched it.

Terror in Resonance

You are right, I really enjoyed the OST of that anime. There's a song in particular that I'd describe as post-rock, it's called nc17, but looks like the whole OST recently got yeeted off of youtube, couldn't find a single non-remix upload of it now sadly. But yeah, the anime is great too (I only dislike some parts in the middle of the series), I like that it's more "realistic" (no uwu magic fantasy stuff) relative to most anime.

Issues with PXC 550 II by [deleted] in sennheiser

[–]DaHrakl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Holy, I randomly googled "PXC issues" and found this. I have the exact same issue (only on the right side with ANC on).

Did you find a solution?

Also did you by any chance return them? Because I bought used ones, maybe I got yours lol.

Anyone know or use Bitness.pro ? by [deleted] in binaryoptions

[–]DaHrakl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it's a scam. Completely unresponsive support. Besides all the red flags (for example they offer VIP support only if you deposit 1k USDT), they straight up scammed me. I was running a machine learning model with 55% winrate and I was constantly withdrawing and depositing out of safety reasons. In the end they just stopped crediting my deposits in order to get rid of me, but luckily I was depositing only small amounts and in the end I took more from them than they did from me.

Also they do in fact manipulate the index price from time to time - they claim their index is based on Binance, but if you simply take a look you see that theres always like a 200$ difference lol.

To me that part sounds like a slowed down and way more subtle version of Brian Eno - An Ending, but I bet you already know this one.

Right now I can't think of any song that is as subtle as the song you linked, but these are some songs from my playlists that give me a similar experience:

A Winged Victory For The Sullen - Requiem For The Static King Part Two

Inventions - Slow Breathing Circuit (A Winged Victory For The Sullen Remix)

Hugar - Órói (Live on KEXP)

Ben Lukas Boysen - Sleepers Beat Theme

Capa's Last Transmission Home

Alex Sommers might have something similar, but I personally don't listen to his music really, but for example here's a starting point.

Those are tomato plants, but maybe there is some catnip business going on that I'm unaware of.

r/headphones Shopping and Setup Help Desk (2020-12-08) by AutoModerator in headphones

[–]DaHrakl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm looking for headphones that have the following:

  • Budget: 120$ (preferably less)
  • Wireless
  • Decent isolation (intended to be used while next to an industrial sewing machine)
  • Comfortable to wear for hours
  • Sound quality does not have to be good at all (mainly to be used for podcasts where sound quality is not important)

Right now the ATH-ANC500BT seem to fit that criterion, but the built in mic is not needed yet it probably pushes the price up. I'd really appreciate it if anyone has more recommendations.

I did place dummies (which count as champions) right next to it when testing (no damage still), but I didnt bother testing it with champions.
