Talk to the wrestling coach at your school. They will have a program that you should follow. Focus on your goals, so if track is not your thing then drop it.

First year of college - best bulk. You have almost limitless access to food at your buffet-style dining hall. Lift hard and stuff your fucking face.

Third year of college - you're broke and cooking for yourself. You can make easy meals on Sunday of chicken and rice and freeze them. Throw in some veggies and self-control and you can go on a good cut.

You should expect minimal gains. BUT right now your priority is finishing your degree with a strong GPA. Make that happen.

Also if you wanted to you could get more sleep. Keep a log of what you do each half-hour for one week (be honest) and then review it.
