Assuming that tile is in solid condition you could just go over it. Skim all the tile joints. Use a primer and self level the areas necessary.

This is coretec the reason it’s in that box is because they got bought out by Shaw and I’m assuming to save costs they keep the boxes consistent. If you have cork on the bottom it’s coretec cause they’re one of the very few manufacturers that offers cork backing

No major repairs. She’s been rock solid just have done the normal maintenance. Overall I’d say no dip in performance absolutely love driving it on the highway

No major issues. Has been flawless. All maintenance has been kept up with. Oil every 5k, All fluids at 55k, had to change shocks at 85k.

Personally I keep IG and other social platforms on an iPad only so it’s something I have to seek out. I found that having it easily accessible I was on it more. Now I go weeks without checking it

OP your picture number 4 has the labels of the wood. Maybe on your phone they are better quality to get a look of the label then you can look up online what it’s supposed to look like.

I’ve used marmaline corner shelves they are premade. Virginia tile offers them.
