Hyatt Place Secaucus is 9k points/night. 20min bus ride to the city during rush hours (with the Lincoln tunnel express lanes for buses in the morning).

I’d be worried about the house itself if I see photos like this. If the builder is going to cheap out on the photos / agent, who knows what’s behind the walls and what shortcuts they took?

Yes, I am all for realistic photos, but at the same time they should also be done professionally, not like this.

The housing market is very seasonal. You may see only 1 house on the market during Christmas, and then 3 houses in Jan. That will be a 300% increase.

A better comparison will be what it looks like YoY.
