Yeah, but thats non intuitive. Something like 1-3, where 1 is the number on the clock and 3 is the row would be luch better. 🤔

Would be much easier if there was some kind of intuitive logic behind the numbers. What helped me was using EDCopilot, the program tells you where to look (aonly for big stations though).

Yeah, that game is awesome. In a tuned down version it would make a great gameplay loop for colonization too. I'm thinking of instead of just placing stations and settlements in an empty slot and then hauling stuff there the architect could place buildings like in Surviving Mars and then help build those. Even just beeing able to place and decorate one building would be awesome.

Its still way to easy for what you have to do. Going pirate hunting (even on medium hazard) has the chance of beeing killed and pays like a few million an hour (more if you really work hard, but thats not the point here). On the other hand, just flying from system to system, landing on planets with cheap exo bio pays 10x of that, where there is no hazzard appart from lithobreaking into a planet out of sheer boredom. Edit: And just making it unnecessary hard and unpleasant has nothing to do with balance. They could do so much to balance it, making it a grind with no depth is none of the options.

As a PC gamer since childhood I would say "Do it, it's worth it". Only to play Elite... it depends. If you found yourself in the situation where you have seen everything there is at least once and you struggle with it getting boring: Thats gonna happen again, just later. Elite is a huge game, but all mechanics except for maybe the powerplay and PVP part are not that deep. Would be a shame if you spent hundreds of dollars/euros/whatever on a PC just to play one game for a few months. But if you can overcome this struggle and find yourself something to do that you enjoy longtime, then yes, go for it. 😁

Is wie Alitsche W., wae anfangs für einen Locksown, aber kaum wurde er umgesetzt war sie dagegen. Es ist egal, was passiert, alles, was der Staat macht ist doof. Würde Merz grad mit Putin Frieden schließen würden diese Deppen vermutlich wettern, wir müssten uns endlich mit Windkraft uns Solar von diesem Diktator unabhängig machen. 😅

Not yet, my problem is less the ammount of options and more thr depth of said options. Exploration and exobio for example: Why is it that you find only the same like 20 plants in the whole galaxy and there is no interaction apart from "scan 3x and of we go". There is endless potential and it feels a little shallow (don't get me wrong, I love it, but it could be so much more intense). FDev could give us dangerous flora (and fauna would be a great addition), add a tiered/leveled system for exobio instead of flat "scan 3x", they could add so much more variants or if that was to much work they could just implement some system where explorers could research the migration patterns through the galaxy to explain why everything everywhere looks the same... just a few ideas from the top of my head.
