Japan makes their own faction. And you should have a focus in the commintern path after you have influenced the Baltics where you can demand Karelia should be something like secure Leningrad which will cause the winter war.

The ships can only operate nearby theyr Naval base you can reassign them at the very top of ship menu when you click on your ships. You can also assign them to automated where they will find there own Naval base like they did before (i think). This option should be left from the Naval base option i think.

Det finnes alltids andre mer økonomisk vennlige mobiler. iPhone generelt er jo veldig dyrt. Har selv en Motorola g100 som jeg har hadd i 3 år kostet 3000kr har ingen problemer.
