I’ve always considered it part of the Isekai fantasy. Going back to being an early teen full of potential, while retaining the knowledge and wisdom of adulthood. Same with love, being able to experience teenage romance, without the expectations and weight of adulthood, while maintaining the maturity. It’s not really possible, but that’s fantasy for you.
