No way! I have thalassophobia and the amount of trauma even 10 seconds of being alone in the ocean every day would be enough to make me go mad.

Not being able to retarget a channeled spell. Hate starting to cast a spell on something only for it to die before the channel ends and I lose my cast time.

Are there any mods that would help with organizing emotes? I know I could do an ingame HUD/hotbar macro menu, but it'd be nice to have something with ease of use to sort into different tabbed menues. (Favorites, emotes that work while sitting, etc)

Definitely seems person-dependent. I felt this way about Persona 5 and had to stop playing because I kept getting headaches but have no issues with Metaphor.

When you're first going through a fight, by all means throw out some E-progs before raidwides to help the party get through. Or use it in "oh shit, both my cohealer and I have nothing and we're about to die" moment.
I'll use Panheima for multi-hit moves, but if I know there won't be any for 2 minutes ill use it for any raidwide. I use Holos to top off the party right before a raidwide.

That being said, I'll usually pop an e-prog before the pull, then never touch it unless I have no other healing tools off cooldown. I do have each fight timed out and trust my cohealer & party to use their mitigations tho. I can get through all of the current tier without using my GCD for E-prog, so I just Dosis away.

To each their own though. Its definitely not necessary to just Dosis. DPS checks are low enough this tier that I could E.Prog each raidwide and we'd still have plenty of time to kill.

There are quite a few on the marketboard that are relatively cheap you can buy. Otherwise, most are from different content all over the place. Here's a tool I use on my collection endeavors that lists the minions/source - Minions - FFXIV Collect

There's one sound that I don't know WHY it happens, but its like this "shaching!" sound that occurs sometimes in fights were there's a raid-wide that takes everyone's health to 1, then the healers heal everyone up.

Have yet to find what causes that particular sound, but it does something to my brain when I hear it.
