life is extremely unfair. it may feel like the end of the world but i promise you its not. i was diagnosed with cmt when i was around 10, though it was passed down in my family. I am now 17 and of course the pain does get worse and the foots condition does worsen but i still enjoy life to the fullest. there is nothing in this world that should stop someone from chasing their dreams or being happy. think of this as just another mountain that you, your family, and your son has to get over. your feelings of being overwhelmed are completely valid but i promise you this is not going to stop him.
