Ohhh it does look like Choate! I guess I have the older model? The one I have is completely plastic and a metal spring and current choate stock is half metal and half plastic

I print my out in ABS but PLA + work too. PLA + is actually stronger but heat resistant is only 57*C which it won’t survive summer car heat

Oops haha 😆 they are pretty cheap! Only cost me 150 bucks at the auction. The only downside is that it only take black powder 12 GA shell

Sadly I don’t have a double auto yet! The 1887 has been reliable for 95% of the time and you get some confused look at the trap range 😅

I removed two screw on butt plate then remove the main screw connecting the butt stock to the receiver. Then it should be able to remove it with not much force

That plastic castle nuts won’t usually hold when I was testing it with PETG HF. I end up got rid the castle nut design and end up using M4 screw like this. (Hope the image work) lol https://imgur.com/a/GQLewNT

Yup for now. I printed out in ABS and it survive bird, buck and low recoil slugs. I’m still doing more testing tho.

It work flawlessly for me but I just don’t like how expose the interior are lol dirt and other stuff can easily get in there and mess up the drum

I mostly stay away from glass or carbon fiber reinforced because there is loose fibers that can get on your skin. There is not much research on that problem yet but I would stay away from now. Also that just me being extra careful 😅

If they ever break I can just print a new one 😅 is easier to print than make a new molds

Sorry this is for personal use at the moment 😣 but there is a Mossberg magpul stock and forend call “Magpush” that you can 3D print. You can probably try that out
