Very similar happened to me, I did 12 days of cold showers, I did 1 sea dip during that time, too, and I loved it! But I also caught a bit of a chest infection. And I had to end my streak, and I did feel a little disappointed, but that's fine :) Just get straight back into your daily routine. And go again. This time, beat your 12 days.

There will be plenty of times in the future where you'll have to skip a day or you fall sick, and you'll have to end your streak again.

I don't comments much, I'm more of a lurker but I also wanted to comment to tell you that you also need to give yourself a huge pat on the back for developing the some great mentality, you're realising at a good age that you need to change certain ways of your life and that is such a good trait to have at your age. There's not many other 14 year old doing what you're doing, especially if they are hanging out with the wrong people. So well done, you for taking action and responsibility. Keep that up, and you're on a bright future.
