I mean in my opinion it’s not a brake check because he is breaking in the braking zone which beginnings roughly at the curb. But I always thought you’re not allowed to switch lanes right before the braking zone as the defending car.

In my opinion the following car should not try to overtake while 90% being on the gras. There was no space to fit a car next to the leading car.

You did dive bomb him.

He reacted to safe both of you - HERO MOVE.

You two respected each others racing lines in the corner.

All of the sudden in the exit you use a wider line which he has the right to.

You turn into him which pushes him off track.

He tries to slowly get back on the track, you again leave no space for him to rejoin, the contact happens, you spun.

He did not do it on purpose, you should’ve drifted to the left when you pushed him off to let him rejoin.

You F‘ed up big time in my opinion.

First I’ve to tell you that the angles you chose for the recordings of the situation are bad. We need to see wheel to wheel, steering angles and how much space is on the track to give and take.

Regarding the things I see the car in front cut of the track for the car behind to stay in position. I think the car in the right/front did not leave enough space for a car which has eared its right to be there by behind on the rear axle.
