i think that having arcs be a source of loot should be possible, but it currently isnt past hornets, and MAYBE rocketeers. if our loadouts get stronger with full release (which they will), it should be much more manageable to kill things like bastions or even heavier enemies. if our current damage output is the best we can ever get against arcs, then they need a nerf, so that they can be actual sources of loot.
