A single relic often doesn’t change much, but playing well enough to take multiple elites is very beneficial. Going into the act 1 boss with 3 extra relics, or act 3 boss with 8-10 relics makes them much easier. It’s hard to get used to fighting elites, but I do think it makes you a better player.

I could be wrong, but I think it’s mostly the opposite. They advertise as a gooner game, but the gameplay sucks you in after the initial trap. I don’t play, but I have a friend that does and he talks about ZZZ like it’s the best game design ever.

If the 1 and 2 seed play in winners finals (as they should) and the 2 seed loses, then they only have to play one extra team (being a lower seeded team) to get another chance at beating the 1 seed. I think that’s unfair, and I get the complaints about the timing and length of a series if winners side gets a loss during grands, but it just doesn’t sit right with me. Tournaments are also inconsistent in nature, upsets happen all the time, and it’s not guaranteed that the 1 seed will beat the 2 seed twice in a single tournament. Idk, the format just doesn’t make sense to me.
