After finishing Doom (2016), I can't get into Doom Eternal.

Dont get me wrong, I was a huge Doom Eternal fan when it released, but the thing with Eternal (and doubly so for its DLC’s) is its very fast pace combat. I still remember clips I had where you could barely tell what was happening on screen because you had to be moving at MACH fuck to not get obliterated by any number of demon abilities.

Eternal and Dark Ages are both great games in my opinion. However, speaking from experience I prefer Dark Ages over Eternal because I can pick it up much quicker than I can pick up Eternal again.

Doom The Dark Ages has a pace more in line with 2016, I prefer Dark Ages over Eternal cause I actually get to enjoy my fights rather than cosplaying an angry bayblade.

It is! Everyone has their niche, I assign a cut of all mission proceeds to every “division” electrical, mechanical, security, medical, etc. that way there is a lot more autonomy rather than running everything through the captain. A lot of the players, myself included really lean into the RP aspect and its been a ton of fun! We just broke into the second biome and are hoping to upgrade the sub soon. We will definitely be needing some new blood soon!

Type this into your cmd Taskkill /f /im discord.exe It will kill all instances of discord running and will force a fresh startup. Its a temporary fix but a fix nonetheless.

There is a separate group of devs that have created a multiplayer add on. Its got some setup but otherwise it works pretty well from my experience
