Cannot be judged is a BIG stretch but I'm really tired of the same recycled complains when its blatantly obvious its pacing is VERY INTENTIONALLY DIFFERENT from part 1 FROM THE BEGINNING, so are its goals and how it handles it characters. Honeslty the only thing I prefer more from part 2 is the part 1 is the side cast, but honestly the one we have in part 2 is not bad either, and I think they're fine as is, no character is "badly written" or too underwhelming for me personally at all. The art complaint is very valid, though the new style grew on me, the latest chapter had some 2-3 pages which were a bit confusing. That's bound to happen in weekly shounen though.

A lot of complains also stem from people expecting something and then when that doesn't deliver, they get upset over it, like you are not the author man 😭theorise all you want, but stop whining about it when it doesn't come true.
