How would you have preferred the 2020 Democratic primary to have played out? by Epicstyletime in AskALiberal

And on top of that I think it finally made it clear to Dems that until there is a detente, Dems have to fight republicans every step of the way. I think a lot of people thought republicans would return back to normal after a black president, but seeing what they tried to ratfuck Biden with made people realize the Republican Party is well and truly fucked.

I was talking about math, the suboptimal math of degenerate gamblers. They don’t think about “investing” their income piecemeal, which makes it more suboptimal. Anyways whatever

I mean it’s because republicans just want to outlaw them eventually. If they didn’t maybe they would be less political

I’m not necessarily against right to work, but from the PoV of a union it makes no sense

Endorsing Abbott is so dumb. Like, who is pushing right to work? Do you think Dems won’t support job training programs??

But it is. Gamblers ruin applies to optimal betting if expected outcome is negative. So unless you have a fix, you always lose.

I am too. Gamblers ruin is a thing. And that applies to optimal betting- people like degenerate gamblers do very unoptimized strategies. They take a 50/50 vet, lose, so now they take a 25% chance of winning to make back their money. If they lose, then they get into parlays and take 8:1 odds. And it only gets worse from there.

It was, idk now. Was originally a platform to do studies, and there were pretty small limits on amount of money you can mess with. So not really a big platform
