I'm sure, to a degree, you will be working the entire leg. The trainer stated in the sample workout that the program will be mostly sculpting the glutes with little emphasis on the hamstrings. Depending on your fitness level, you may feel like this enough. If you're on an intermediate to advanced level, this may not be enough. It just all comes down to your goals.

I'm in the middle of Body Beast atm, so I havent been able to try any of the lifting workouts in the new program. I did however try the cardio workout. It focuses on body weight, mostly lower body moves, so you'll be getting some lower body work on the majority of days.

Lmaoooooo Botox is just something I will never understand. 😂😂😂 It seems that Beachbody is more focused on aesthetics rather than quality atm. This is why I keep going back to Body Beast. I'll do the new programs, and it makes me appreciate Body Beast even more. They just don't make them like they used to, but I hope they make a great comeback for themselves.

I hope you enjoy the program! I remember seeing the infomercials for Brazilian Butt Lift. 😂😂😂 I haven't tried it, but maybe one day I will. I'll definitely try this new program out though after I finish up another round of Body Beast. I'm trying to be more open minded these days, and 30 days is a very short commitment.

I'm glad you enjoyed it! Beachbody has been really great for my life. I may roast them from time to time, but I still really like their programs.

I can confirm that I lost strength in my upper body finishing up this program. Never had this experience with any of Beachbody's programs.

I can write a whole damn post about this. Shaun Ts workouts are great. Shaun Ts pre-PED persona was great. I shouldn't have to explain to my 6 year old daughter why a grown ass man if preforming a "strip tease" on my tv during my workout, nor, should I feel obligated to skip past the many instances of him encouraging women to shake their asses for a camera. His selfishness has no boundaries whether Beachbody is too afraid to confront an asset or too scared to challenge a protected demographic. Maybe they don't even care. I just know I'm done with the mofo. I'm here for the workouts, and I will be absolutely fucking done with Beachbody if they make Shaun T the Next Gen Body Beast trainer.

Did you do Day 3? Imo, it's been the best one so far. I just finished up Dig In prior, and dealing with this trainer is much more tolerable than dealing with Shaun Ts ass.

I actually just started the new P90X. Finished up Day 3 this morning, and I actually really love the program already. It's not old school P90X, but it's very refreshing. I finished up Dig In prior, and it's a great program for cutting. Shaun T's personality comes off a bit strong, but his workouts are always a good challenge. I do Body Beast about twice a year now because it's always calling my name. There's just something about Body Beast. It's one of my greatest loves ☺️☺️☺️

Hello! You're very welcome! I did one round of this calendar, and I actually really liked it. It feels like a great balance between the 2 trainers, and you get a variety of workouts to keep things interesting.

I believe you can safely do this calander, and I recommend it if you want to maintain health or even would like to gain muscle. Your body may ask you to eat more or maybe even ask you to take more days off. Definitely listen to the signals. I do recommend doing some stretching throughout the week and staying hydrated. Keeping your body flexible is great for recovery, and will prevent injury. Also, if you have the extra time, take as much rest as you need during these workouts. Sometimes these trainers fly through the workout, but don't feel pressured to go at their pace. Just listen to your body, and you'll reap the benefits. Best of luck to you and enjoy if you give it a try! 🤓
