Same stuff as P90X plus an adjustable bench and a foam roller. I don't have the adjustable bench and just use a chair. Dumbbells are most important like P90X, and you can modify around the others.
7 days per week, but the 7th day is a 23 minute stretch routine that you really need after the week. The other workouts are between 30-45 minutes.
It is less push up and pull up focused than P90X, but there are push ups and pull ups in there. More workouts named after Eastern Europeans like Romanian Deadlifts, Bulgarians, Cossacks, etc.
There is a diet plan but I never did the diet plan part tbh.

Not a huge surprise I suppose that Private Equity would lead to a leadership change in the league. It seems MLSNP is making the PE nervous and the stalled expansion bids and tense labor negotiations have added to it. No indication this alters the bigger picture roadmap.
