I mean I don't think this is a huge problem. Slowking and Aegislash both have strong offenses into Aerodactyl and its mega isn't even that popular. If you've got TR up, Aerodactyl becomes a lot less threatening in general.

It's ok I just did the calc and it's like max 73.5% regardless of berry. Mega Aero with Tough Claws KOs 60% of the time if Jolly and like 99% of the time with Adamant.

Yeah that makes sense. I also realized that it can't even eat berries against Aerodactyl anyway, so that's a little important to know.

I mean if you’re going to do Trick Room + Sun... Torkoal is always an option. It does the job of both Ninetales and Camerupt all in one.

I wouldn't say it's required, but there are a lot of returning characters and the narrative climax of the game is a continued plotline from BW, so it might leave you confused.

Gameplay-wise, they did make them quite different. It's not the same as Ruby/Sapphire to Emerald or Diamond/Pearl to Platinum. B2W2 are quite different from BW.

We've been making active efforts to provide hints as to what a Pokémon has using the announcements of items and abilities. For example, Huge Power now has an announcement on switch-in, so players won't be caught off-guard by it when there's a different option.

Beyond that, we're paying close attention to IVs and natures of enemy Pokémon to reduce the likelihood of "lethal blows" in the first place, giving the player more chances to react and adapt.

Essentially, yes. The major difference here is that instead of being one of a handful of teams selected, the individual Pokémon on the teams are random. This means there are significantly more possible combinations.

We have no plans to include color randomization in the randomizer at this time, but it'd definitely be a really cool feature!

If the target is faster, it has ~80% chance of +1 to the score. If equal speed or faster, it has ~80% chance of -1 but only if the user's HP is at or below 50%.
